About Jonathan Ginsberg
Jonathan Ginsberg is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated with honors in history from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Jonathan remained in New Orleans to attend Tulane University College of Law, where he graduated in 1986.
Upon returning to Atlanta, Jonathan entered in to private practice. In 1997, Jonathan and his wife, Jodi, formed Ginsberg Law Offices, P.C., where they represent clients seeking Social Security disability, workers’ compensation benefits, consumer bankruptcy, tax problem resolution and injury compensation.
Jonathan remains actively involved in his law practice, representing numerous Social Security Disability clients at hearings each month.
In 2006, Jonathan began publication of two blogs related to Social Security disability - the Social Security disability answers blog and Social Security radio - a podcast blog where every week, Jonathan answers questions and comments about Social Security disability.
Read the official Social Security Administration report admitting that the average claim takes almost 3 years (1146 days) to process, but only 7 days of actual work performed by SSA employees.
